They have only 4 beautiful rooms with backwater view and a wonderful terrace. So relaxing. Wonderful breakfast, they serve you even the dinner you can order in a nearby superb restaurant (Liliput). Extremely nice staff, they organize everything for you. Somebody of them (unfortunately I do not remember his name, he was so nice!) came with me to the nearby so interesting fish harbour. I can only recommend, much better than every 5 star hotel

Proactive follow ups and the hosts were genuinely caring. We checked in very late in the night but the hosts were very cooperative and stayed up late to welcome our family. They also woke up early in the morning to attend to our needs. Rooms were very big, clean and had all the necessary amenities. One small feedback would be to improve the WiFi and upgrade the plug points in the room for international guests. I wish Deepu and Anu all the best. I’m sure they will continue to do a bang up job in welcoming thousands of more guests in the coming future.

The service was exceptional, Both Hosts and People working at the Vala House are super kind and going their way and beyond to accomodate the needs of the guests. The place is located in beautiful place, with the view on backwaters, very clean and the food is truly amazing. Whenever we had any issue with transport or anything, they helped us to solve them immediately. Beautiful place to regenerate and enjoy the nature.
