It is located 600 metres from Basilica of San Fedele and offers a lift. Free WiFi is available and private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. The apartment is wonderful! It is situated on a crowded street but in a backyard, so not noisy at all. Bus stops near it. The first floor is convenient for people who is difficult to climb many stairs for. The place is equipped with everything needed even for a long stay and furnished with a good taste. The host speaks english and is very responsive and flexible, if possible (Thank you, Mario). You can find extra gestures of hospitality inside, which is impressive and makes people feel welcome. I definitely recommend the place.

Francesco, the manager, is exceptional with guests, Raj is a wealth of knowledge on Lake Como’s best dining and sightseeing spots, and Gaia at the front desk is simply lovely. The restaurant team was outstanding, especially the host, and every detail of our stay felt personalised. They even helped me plan my engagement proposal, arranging a private boat and photographer hire – a memory we’ll cherish forever. The padel courts were fantastic and became part of our morning routine, while the food was outstanding from breakfast through to lunch, dinner, and poolside snacks. I truly can’t recommend this hotel enough.

Guests at Le Rose Sul Lago can enjoy cycling and hiking nearby, or make the most of the garden. Everything was absolutely perfect—the house, the breathtaking views, the amazing food, and the exceptional hosts. Truly an unforgettable experience!

Boasting mountain views, Foresteria Lombarda San Rocco provides accommodation with patio, around 40 km from Villa Carlotta. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Everyone enjoyed it. The hotel is new, well renovated. Manuela met us the day we arrived, put us up, gave us a map and told us about the main attractions, beaches, etc. We arrived by car, the large and convenient parking lot in front of the hotel is free. The hotel is located on a mountain, it was convenient to get there by car. I think it would be difficult to get there without a car. But the hotel has a great view of the sunrise and sunset. Price and quality of the hotel: 10 out of 10 points. Breakfast is tasty and adequate. The rooms are clean. The place is quiet, there is a lawn where children can play. There are 3 rooms in the hotel. Perfect for company and 100% for those traveling on motorcycles. We stayed in a 4 bed room on the second floor, 2 rooms, balcony, windows overlooking the mountains and Lake Como. Wifi was excellent. There was a spiral staircase leading up to our room, which was a bit difficult with a large suitcase. The room had a kettle, small fridge, tea and coffee. This was our second time at Lake Como, so we chose this hotel to be able to see Lake Como from both sides, and it worked. I am sure this hotel would be a pleasure to return to. We wish prosperity and success to the family that runs this hotel.
