The staff were very kind and understandable of us not speaking Italian, always with huge smiles. Especially the breakfast was exceptional. The pastries are the best we've had in Italy or anywhere else and we could not even eat as much as we were offered. Private parking is a huge bonus in a busy place like this. The room is well thought-out for a stay and the memory foam pillows were the best I've slept on in any hotel - be it a five star one or a homey B&B.
