The room was clean, spacious, and stylish, with modern design, high-end electrical outlets, and a brand-new bathroom. Everything was quiet and comfortable, and the AC was excellent—perfectly cold during the hot summer. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly, which made the experience even better. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, especially the warm croissants and freshly brewed espresso. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk from the Leaning Tower of Pisa.

Set in the historic centre of Volterra, Hotel La Locanda offers classic rooms with free Wi-Fi. The Roman Theatre and Porta Fiorentina Gate are a short walk away. Great location, great services, very good breakfast, very kind people, very nice room/hotel. They informed us that the hotel is in the old town, therefore they do not have private parking. However, they send us all details related to the parking places near the location (there is free parking near the hotel, but you have to take into account that you have to climb about 100 stairs to the hotel.).

He invited us to pick fresh fruits and vegetables from the garden and provided invaluable information about the city and surrounding areas. We absolutely recommend this place!

The vacation at the agriturismo was the dream and I realized how unique this place is the more people I told about it who immediately got jealous of my vacation :) The location is so peaceful and you can stroll around a huge area with olive, apple, peach and much more trees which lets you calm down deeply. On top of that, you can have the chance to join some activities with Viviana and dive fully into the farm life. We had an excellent and authentic dinner with her, where she cooked the best ragout we have ever tried. Retrospectively, we should have done that always as it is better than going to restaurants and probably also cheaper! So try it out :) Last but not least, the breakfast is a bomb. Not only for your belly, but also for your heart. Viviana prepared something different everyday and even asked us if we prefered something salty or sweet in the beginning of our stay. Finally, the cappuccino still accompanies me in my sweetest dreams... We are just super greatful of this experience, and I am sure both of us will remember this experience still in 20 years or so, as it was full of love and happiness. If you look for something authentic coupled with a lovely host, then this is your place to go.
