Robert was absolutely amazing and provided suggestions and even called restaurants to make reservations for us. The hotel is super relaxing and never too full. The dinner spot was amazing. They even provided much needed mosquito spray at dinner. Breakfast was also great and offered a good selection.

Due to an emergency, they went out of their way to go and pick up my mother and brother , who don't know a word of English and Italian btw, to the airport as he had a family emergency. Thank you.
