The room was clean, spacious, and stylish, with modern design, high-end electrical outlets, and a brand-new bathroom. Everything was quiet and comfortable, and the AC was excellent—perfectly cold during the hot summer. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly, which made the experience even better. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, especially the warm croissants and freshly brewed espresso. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk from the Leaning Tower of Pisa.

The reception was impeccable, valet as well. The parking was a bit on the expensive side, but it's right in the center of Florence. The room was perfect, cleaning of the rooms was perfect as well. Would definitely recommend and come back here. The location of the hotel is 5-10min walk to the most important places in Florence as well!!

The location is right in the center, which made it really easy to walk to all the main sights, but it was also surprisingly quiet at night which we really appreciated. The room was in perfect condition and very clean. The bed was especially comfortable, one the best we’ve slept in on any trip. You can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining the place. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They took the time to show us the best places to visit, eat, and explore, which really helped us make the most of our stay. The building itself has a lot of charm and character, with a real sense of history. It added something special to the experience. All in all, a solid 10/10. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in Florence.

But what truly made this stay special were the hosts, Enrico, Antonella, and Amalia. They are incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely authentic people. You immediately feel welcome and at home. It was by far the best accommodation I’ve had in Italy. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone traveling through Gambassi Terme – you won’t regret it!
