There are three bathrooms and showers which was enough, and there was a nice place to sit and have coffee by the pond. Really nice view. Free tea and the kitchen/fridge is available to use. Free laundry machine and powder. About 50 steps of steep hill to the building, which was totally fine - you can't get the view without going up!

OMISHIMA SPACE Omoya has mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, set in Imabari, 30 km from Oogamiyama Omoto Shrine. We went biking and stopped for the night here,about half way. Good location,directly next to the biking path,few biking minutes to the next store. Nicely modernised old house with charm,not too many room so it was a nice atmosphere amongst the guests. Our room was very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped and there was a free washing machine and dryer.Staff speak little English but are very well prepared (written explanation cards) and super friendly! Thanks a lot! Totally recommend!

We had a tatami suite double room with balcony, which had lots of space and a view of the river, and we would keep going to the balcony just to take in the sunrise, sunset, the fish and the birds. The room was clean and comfortable, had tea (get your refill bags from the lounge area) and coffee and if you just need to wash a few items, the shower room has a drying fan which was super useful. The staff were warm and friendly and replied promptly to my messages prior to our arrival. They gave us recommendations, helped make a restaurant reservation, and called a taxi for us. The sake tasting session was a bonus! The hotel location is quite tranquil, and a few minutes' walk will bring you to a tram stop and beyond that, it's a few more minutes to Hiroshima Station.
