The lobby is unlike anything I've ever seen in Japan. So smart and modern thoughtful design giving you the best relaxing vibe, not the boring ones you find in typical hotels. Breakfast was also good. The sofa setup with a giant TV in the apartment was another piece of the perks.

Very welcoming and friendly atmosphere created with other guests as well. Location is a short walk to the center of the town and the staff dropped us off and picked us up each day from the resorts we chose to ski.

Hakuba Happoone Winter Resort and Hakuba 47 & Goryu Winter Sports Park can be reached within 7 minutes by free shuttle bus. Enjoyed my stay in 2023, and delighted to come again to such a welcoming and comfortable place to stay. Great room, breakfast, bus pick up and drop off, Onsen, ski advice and lift passes, and general help and care.

I would absolutely stay here again. Nothing fancy but everything was comfortable and clean. We had dinner in the lodge and it was very handy as finding restaurant availability in Hakuba can be a challenge during ski season. Most importantly the lady at the front desk was so nice and helpful. 2 out of our 4 snowboard bags went missing by our luggage delivery service. She made phone calls and got it all sorted. She was very gracious and worked through the language barrier. Above and beyond service!

Featuring a patio, each charming chalet with wooden furnishings is equipped with a full kitchen and a seating area with a flat-screen TV. Private bathroom is fitted with both a bath and a shower and free toiletries are provided. Extras include a dishwasher and a washing machine. The house was exceptional. We are so glad that we chose the place to stay. It's during the snow season so there are complimentary pickup from the stay to the bus station. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The house is equipped with full kitchen equipment and utensils. We cooked and enjoyed our time very much.

Centrally located in the Echo Land district, Hakuba Echo Hotel and Apartments offers comfortable rooms with mountain views. The top floor lounge where breakfast is served features views of the mountains and the Olympic Ski Jump structure, and comes equipped with a pool table and a large flat-screen TV (with Apple TV). There is a lounge bar and also a laundrette on site. 3 bedroom apartment was really spacious. Beds were comfy and room was clean!
