I really appreciate their unconditional love for families. I will forever cherish the way they treated me and my kids , if you are ever visiting Tokyo. This is the only place you would want to stay. Very large and clean hotel. The train station was in 4 minutes away which made traveling so much easier. Hotel had their own Familymart which was BIG bonus. Breakfast was huge with japanese food. We stayed for 9 nights and this was best hotel so far where I had stayed <3

Offering a spa centre, Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo Premier Grand is set in Tokyo in the Tokyo Prefecture Region, 1.5 km from Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Everything, the premier grand is worth it. Food was great, room was big and always kept clean. Facilities and location are great. Breakfast in lounge at 45th floor is amazing. 10/10

Extremely clean and comfortable, I had a room with private oven semi open to the outside, which was awesome. Very nice room well equipped. Staff members are nice, very professional and speak English, same for the owner. I highly recommend to have dinner there, it was delicious. Location is great, around 5 minutes from the main attractions of kusatsu. I would definitely stay there again.
