The hotel was very well located, and the staff were exceptionally nice and kind. The room was clean and equipped with all the amenities you might need, offered free of charge. The complimentary shuttle bus from Kawaguchiko train station is definitely a plus. Unfortunately, we couldn’t see Mount Fuji because of the weather, but this hotel is definitely a must!

Had a shuttle car take me from the train station. Getting around the lake from there is very nice, either with bus, or your own transportation method. The staff were really nice! The breakfast and dinner were both excellent and big traditional services. My room was very nice with a lovely view. I also used the public bath and it was lovely, looks nice, great view, well maintained and clean.

I never write reviews but this place is too incredible. Would give 6 stars!

I did a big mustick that i stay only one night.need more one night.the plan is five days tokyo 6 days osaka in between should be two days in this hotel
