Villa Malindi was a true gem. The breakfasts and dinners were fantastic. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, clean, and luxurious. The staff were all so attentive and helpful. We stayed with two small kids, and everything we needed was there. The grounds were gorgeous and the pool perfectly maintained. The beach was just a short 2m walk from the gate. It was a truly wonderful and relaxing weekend.

Great location, wonderful staff, beautiful beach that is easily accessible at edge of property. Air-conditioning in room was ideal-very pleasant and wifi was strong enough to work remotely with no issue. Try Stanley's lime marmalade!

With a tropical garden and and private beach area, Kobe Suite Resort is located in Watamu. The resort has two outdoor pools and can arrange massages on request. ホスピタリティーと清潔感があってとてもよかった

Located in Watamu, on the South East coast of Kenya, Ocean Sports Resort offers views of the Indian Ocean. This beachfront resort features an outdoor swimming pool, restaurant and bar. The place was incredibly spacious, spotless, and comfortable. While there are some older cottages on the property, I was lucky to stay in one of the newer ones — and it was absolutely beautiful. Thoughtfully designed, modern, and serene — it felt like the perfect blend of charm and comfort.

There are few properties I've considered giving such a high rating as Q boutique to be honest and they deserve it! It's a fairly new property but they've really considered so many aspects of their experience. The staff are very thoughtful and helpful and warm. The rooms/villas are quaint and cozy while still meeting professional standards of hospitality. The breakfasts had a good variety of dishes and even a few things we asked for on request like lemon tea. The dinner was a hearty serving of very fluffy mashed potatoes, steamed veggies and the tastiest fish! I really like their swimming pool, it was always clean and especially by afternoon the water's a great temperature. We ended up staying an extra night than what was planned at Q boutique because we had such a good experience. I'd definitely go back here and it would be my luxury place of choice for Malindi.

The hosts at Petit Paradise were super accommodating and always quick to respond — usually within an hour. The place is about a 7-minute tuk-tuk ride to the city center, and it’s not expensive at all. I recommend finding one good driver and sticking with them — we used Ahmed Zahor, who was suggested by the hosts and was great. It’s also just a short 7-minute walk to the beach. Beautiful views and overall amazing value for the money!
