Comfortable Tents: The comfort tents felt luxurious in the wild, with super comfy beds, private shower and toilet, making the whole experience very comfortable. Wonderful Staff: Everyone was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome. Special thanks to Chef Nelson, Felix, Nelson, Peter, Simon, and Alan, who were all amazing. Safari Experience: Our guide, Alan, was knowledgeable and great with the kids. The safari itself exceeded expectations, offering unforgettable moments with the wildlife. Campfire Evenings: Gathering around the campfire in the evenings was a memorable experience. The sounds of hyenas and wildlife in the mornings made it feel even more magical. Warm Hospitality: The overall vibe of the camp made us feel at home and added a personal touch to the experience. Warm Layers: We ended up purchasing some lovely traditional blankets from Alan to stay warm in the chilly August mornings, which was a nice keepsake.

Offrant une vue sur le jardin, l’établissement Greenwood safari camp se situe à Talek. Il propose un restaurant, un salon commun, un bar, un jardin, une terrasse et une aire de jeux pour enfants. The owner of the camp has assembled a great team of commited people. They provided us with everything: information, transport, guide and superb food. In fact, you can have the camp arrange your game drives in the Masai Mara and your transport from and to Nairobi, all at very competetive rates. The owner, Magdy, will explain everything to you through WhatsApp. All the accomodation and facilities are safe and clean (but opt for the larger and more comfortable rooms!). I did a lot of research before my booking, and I think Greenwood (also recommended in the Lonely Planet guide book, by the way) is among the best choices, if you are on a budget. Go there!

So special place in nice location on the Talek river, many animals around , hippos and crocodiles monkeys and more. The rooms are very clean and have all the facilities you will need. The food is superb. And the staff are very friendly and always happy to help on all what needs. It’s not my first time in Mara but it’s the best place I have ever stay in Mara.

We had an amazing stay at Mara Hilltop – truly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had! The view was breathtaking, and the tent was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully set up. Special thanks to Chef Allan for the delicious meals, and to Lucia and Steve who were always so helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. Our game drives were unforgettable with Ken, an excellent driver who made sure we saw the Big 5! In Nairobi, John was also a great driver who took care of us very well. One of the highlights of our trip was the nature walk with Dickson – he was such a knowledgeable and engaging guide, making it an incredible experience. A huge thank you to NJ, a very patient owner who always responded to all my queries, and to Nick, who went above and beyond to ensure our safety and comfort, even checking in with us on our way home. Everything was so wonderful that we ended up extending our stay. We highly recommend Mara Hilltop Camp to anyone visiting the Masai Mara – you will not be disappointed!

Situé à Ololaimutiek, l’établissement 5 étoiles Alama Camp Mara possède un jardin, un restaurant et un bar. Un bain à remous et un service de location de voitures sont disponibles sur place. The staff! Faith, she made a special place in our heart. It was our honeymoon and she made everything very special for us, she was so attentive and the best host we had throughout our whole time in Kenya! We would come back SPECIFICALLY because of Faith! Breakfast was great, loads to choose from. The room was very cosy and clean. They do cute touches like put hot water bottles in your bed whilst you're at dinner! There is always someone to walk you up and down the dark path which was a nice addition.

All the pictures on booking.com, their website & on social media could not do Enkusero Mara justice, we could not fault any part of our stay. More so William, Amos, Bise, Alex & Dominic made us feel at home the moment we were picked up from the airstrip. The food was absolutely divine, our bedrooms were beautiful & the game drives were out of this world, we saw everything & more. We wish we could have extended our stay, but we will most definitely be back. Thank you so much Enkusero family, we miss you all already!

From the tents to the views from the tents where we would sleep, the food, and most importantly the staff, everything and everyone were just perfect!

Situé à Réserve nationale du Masai Mara, l’établissement Olarro Plains propose une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, une piscine extérieure, un jardin et une terrasse. Only the few people staying at the 2 properties can safari on the conservancy. Luckily I had the property to myself and was able to spend most of my time in the bush. The staff were awesome especially the safari guide.
