Sound proof rooms.. Air Con was perfect I have rebooked again. Heads up,I live in Kep and have stayed at a few places. Being all over Cambodia. This is the nicest place that I've ever stayed at for what you get and what you pay. Don't waste your time going to other places, this is the place.

The villa is spectacular it’s the most comfortable bed I have ever lay on! The room was lovely and smelled amazing. It’s like a 5 star hotel but with the bonus of having home cooked food, cakes and drinks. Very reasonable prices and the breakfast was amazing. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone who wants to live in beautiful surroundings, with lovely owners, and where it’s so quiet and peaceful at night. They also have a beautiful swimming pool and a rather extensive library which is great to unwind in after a long day at the beach! Ten out of ten all round. Will definitely be going back.

Nice chilled place& where (if you choose) can meet and chat with fellow travellers. The bungalows are lovely, Where the staff have already put your balcony lights on& incense burning by the time you get back after you day out. I found this to a nice heartwarming touch& I very much appreciate these kind gestures. And there are plenty of these in this place guys. Staff and really sound, kind and there if you need anything. You can see&,feel that they work well together ❤️ 👏
