Located an hour away from the metropolitan area, Kensington Resort Chungju branch is a pet friendly resort where you can enjoy a pet vacation with your beloved dog. The location and view of the hotel was amazing but the hotel itself was deplorable. It was old, dirty, smelly and just unclean. We felt so dirty in the room. Everything was dirty and old and should not be used for guests. I’m very disappointed with booking.com and the fake expectations for this place.

At first sight at the location we thought it was a scam, as the hotel was so nice and we didn't expect such a great hotel for such a cheap price! The service was really nice and helpful! We made a mistake while planning our route and spontaneously wanted to stay a night longer. This was no problem at all, we could even stay in our room. The hotel is really nice with lots of amenities. Our room was big and we had a small little kitchen. We also had a great view on the mountains and the river!
