The staff is very friendly and helpful. Upon departure, we forgot a pair of shoes in the room by accident: the reaction of the staff was very friendly and helpful, it was no problem to arrive once again and take them. To sum up, we really recommend the hotel. We liked it so much that we came back here once again a few days later.

There is a seating area for guests to relax, a tea/coffee maker is provided. Close to free tram. They were very helpful and gave us an early check in. The best ever beds....has a goose feather top and apparently you can buy it online. Lying in bed you fall into a soft bed that enfolds your body and you sleep like a baby 👶 the Christmas decorations in the foyer are also beautiful!!

The host was very accommodating with our arrival time and gifted us a nice bottle of wine. The location is close to the train station and yet still within easy walking distance of the old town. The apartment is on the 3rd floor but has a small lift if you don't want to climb the stairs.
