I liked that its run and managed by a family. You will feel safe, because its gated. Its clean, its confortable and a good price. I will for sure come again to this place. My kids enjoyed the place. If theyre happy im happy.

I traveled only with my mother and had many concerns as I am not familiar with the area and it was my first time visiting. All staff is incredible and very attentive to our needs. I truly feel they personalized my experience and made me feel at home and safe. Hotel is clean and exceptionally maintained. I needed someone that I could trust to show us around. Per my request they recommended us with a wonderful guide to show us around, who was compassionate, caring ( my mom is 60) of both my mom and I, and very knowledgeable, Mr. Jorge Castilla. I will be returning to Hotel Huasteca with my family, there is no doubt about it. They have exceeded my expectations! Finally, they even planned out a beautiful dinner for my mother and I on our last day, that we will never forget. We cried of joy we laughed. P.s My car had a flat tire, they helped find someone to fix it.
