At the hotel every room has a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Casa Encantada is beautiful and well appointed. The owner Victoria is an artist and has impeccable taste in beautiful things. She knows all of the art ists in the area. And is font of information about the history, culture and artisans of the area. The front desk staff is bilingual and very friendly and accomodating. Smiles and friendliness all around. The general manager, Luis, will help you book tours of the surrounding area and help you get around the city to find what you need. The rooms are comfortable and well kept. I have stayed in three different rooms. The beds are very comfortable and the pillows nice and fluffy. The breakfast is delicious and a great place to meet fellow travelers. The location is outstanding. Only a block off of the main plaza. I highly recommend Casa Encantada! It does not disappoint.

The bed and breakfast offers mountain views, a sun terrace, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. Staff couldn’t have been nicer. Taxis were called on request. Owner even waited with me for taxi to ensure it came. Nice breakfast was set up for me personally each morning, eggs made to order.

Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a children's playground. Guests can make use of massage services. Good breakfast. Nice woodsy location, spring water plenty warm! Staff were nice.

Location, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are huge and comfortable, based on the hotel stay, staff, looks and food, I would have paid more for this stay.
