The accommodations at Villas Ecotucan have 12 V electricity provided by solar panels. The bathrooms are private and come with a shower. This was my 3rd visit here - this shows how lovely the place is. Unspoilt natural beauty, both in the jungle and right on the lake. They have their own little deck right on the lagoon. Free kayaks to borrow or you can go on a guided tour. I recommend the jungle walk with Jacqueline - a tranquil way to start the day. The food from the restaurant was exceptional - not a huge menu which is great as everything is freshly prepared.The rooms / cabins are tastefully simple. This is my favourite place to stay in Mexico - in fact probably the whole world!!

Set on the beautiful beach of Holbox Island, this accommodation offers privacy within a walking distance from the town centre. Palapas Del Sol features air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and a pool. Beautiful hotel, very clean, close proximity to everything, we never took any taxis and just walked to town every evening. Good breakfast. Friendly staff, quick response to special requests. The only downside was the bar and very limited selection of drinks.

Offering direct access to Playa Norte Beach, on the beautiful island of Holbox, Holbox by Xaloc features luxurious rooms and bungalows with terraces. It has 2 outdoor swimming pools, and an à la carte restaurant. The overall experience is well worth it. I think they fit more into the category of a very good inn than a hotel, but that wasn't a problem. The location is one of the strong points, right on the beachfront and very close to downtown Holbox. The beach in front of the hotel is clean, free of rocks and seaweed, so you can enjoy the sea right in front of the hotel. The room is large and comfortable, although a small investment in some amenities could improve the experience inside. We stayed in the apartment, but there are also bungalows. The hotel has two swimming pools: one for adults only, in front of the beach and with a bar, and one at the back of the property, which is for families. We didn't use the adult pool with the bar, only the children's pool. The only downside is that there are few chairs and loungers. And if you stay in a bungalow near the family pool, you'll hear children playing all day. Breakfast is a huge plus; you can choose from a variety of dishes, from Mexican favorites to more traditional options like eggs and fruit. The portions are generous, so if you're traveling with your family, you can mix and match and everyone can have a little bit of everything. Tahamara, the staff member, was very attentive.

Set in Bacalar, Playa Laguna Bacalar Beach Front features a garden, private beach area, terrace, and free WiFi throughout the property. Free private parking is available and the hotel also offers car hire for guests who want to explore the surrounding area. We had an amazing two night stay! The beach in front of the property is gorgeous. There are hammocks in the water, swings, kayaks, paddle boards, and chairs in front of the water. The rooms are amazing and so comfortable with Netflix, air con, mini fridge, shower with hot water, etc. One of the best parts is being able to use the scooters to go all over town which is included. The property is out of the town but by having the scooters, it makes it easy to go into town. The property is super clean and the workers are very nice. Breakfast is brought to your room each morning and includes a sandwich, fruit, and pastry. It's basic but good. You get one coffee pod to make in your room per day which is good. If you want you can purchase more. Each day they also restock your mini fridge with two beers, two waters and two sodas. They also clean your room daily and the property is kept very clean. This was definitely a splurge for us but if you use all of the amenities it can be worth it.

Shower had hot water and good water pressure.

Well located and great atmosphere. The rooms are great and comfortable. The staff is really nice and helpful

I really enjoyed my stay at Le Perle Noire, especially the diving community atmosphere, although I didn't dive with them because I had my dives scheduled before I discovered this place. It’s more than just a place to stay—it’s a spot where you can meet like-minded people, join activities, and have great conversations. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with reliable WiFi and air conditioning, which is a must in Cozumel’s humid weather. I also appreciated the balance between social spaces and privacy, so you can engage when you want but also have your own space. Overall, a well-maintained, well-organized place that’s perfect for divers and travelers looking for a welcoming and comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend and stay here in the future.

This property offers access to a terrace, a pool table, free private parking and free WiFi. The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, a lift and luggage storage for guests. The apartment was great. Close to city center and the stuff is really nice. Comfortable and clean.

This luxury tent features free private parking and a shared kitchen. Guests can make use of the sun terrace or the outdoor fireplace, or enjoy views of the pool and garden. I loved the bubble we stayed in, especially since we were in the jungle. We were right in there with nature and waking up and eating breakfast outside under the trees was so relaxing. The breakfast provided was small but good enough portions where you don't need to over stuff yourself. The staff were all amazing and very welcoming. All my questions were answered, and I definitely stay here again.

The property has garden and city views, and is 100 metres from Norte Beach. The bed and breakfast features family rooms. Location was perfect. Love the rooftop pool!
