The room is clean, modern and comfortable. The hotel offers some tours and you may get a good discount if you booked more than one. My family had felt at home. It was a great choice. I hope go back to WALVIS BAY WIND BEGGARS someday.

Guests at the chalet will be able to enjoy activities in and around Usakos, like horse riding and hiking. Achab Eco cabin features a children's playground and a picnic area. Simply spectacular location, views and atmosphere. Splash pool at the cabin was a highlight and much needed.

La Casetta was very conveniently located to the center of town and just one street away from the beach. The rooms were basic, but had everything we needed, including a mini-fridge, a microwave, and an electric kettle. The rooms only came with hand soap but luckily we brought our own shampoo and body wash so it was not an issue. Hands down the best part of our stay was Buks, the owner. As two women travelers driving in Namibia, we asked his advice about safety, safe areas and dining locations. He even let us know about the local custom of tipping official parking attendants which we were unfamiliar with because it does not exist in the US. After leaving Swakopmund, we also inquired about the safest refueling stations on our drive to Otjiwarongo, which was very helpful.
