I also got sick and everyone was so helpful in cancelling and rescheduling our tours, letting us stay longer, helping us with the needed medicines and the food. We ended up staying longer than expected and it was actually really nice. Our idea was to stay to visit the National Park, however we learnt to see Chitwan has much more to offer and is a nice place to stay and relax for a bit while travelling.

His dedication to ensuring our experience was seamless and stress-free was truly remarkable. The hotel’s own safari guide, Raj, was another highlight. His passion for wildlife was evident, and his knowledge made our safari experience unforgettable. The team made sure to carefully walk us through all the tour options, helping us choose the best ones suited to our interests. Special thanks to the wonderful waitstaff, Robyn and Kabita, who went out of their way to suggest delicious local dishes and served the best coffee. Their warm service and attention to detail made every meal a delight. This hotel delivers on every front, from outstanding service to thoughtful recommendations. The accommodation features entertainment staff and room service. The staff is very humble and the service is amazing. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The food in the hotel is tasty and homely. Overall, the entire experience was very enjoyable. 10/10 highly recommended place.

Guests can grab a bite to eat in the in-house family-friendly restaurant, which specialises in Nepalese cuisine and also offers vegetarian, vegan and dairy-free options. Sujan is an extremely good host who was always available if we had any questions or problems. He also provided a lift to and from the bus station. The rest of the staff were very friendly and made us all feel welcome. The location was also really close to the Chitwan National Park.

Everything! especially the gardens it was like a paradise, full of the most colourful flowers I have seen and birdsong, lovely clean room with outside balcony looking straight into the garden, food was lovely, nothing was too much trouble for the owner Kumar who went out and got me a bottle shower gel free of charge and took me to the Safari pick up and my next hotel free of charge, an exceptional place run by an exceptional man.

Both WiFi and private parking are accessible at the lodge free of charge. Food was homemade and excellent! It can take a bit but if you get organized is perfect! The were very helpful with everythinhg we need, We really recommend you to say at Pemsees'!
