Boasting mountain views, Spiral Gardens Country Park Retreat provides accommodation with terrace, around 22 km from Mount Ruapehu. With river views, this accommodation offers a patio. The apartment features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. The hosts Simon and Mazz were incredibly friendly and welcoming and had prepared for our visit by flying the Canadian flag on their pole! The apartment was very clean and inviting, the shower had lots of pressure and the bed provided us an incredibly comfortable nights sleep. Dinner was had at Schnapps Bar in town and it didn't disappoint, providing more food than we could eat.
