Walter was brilliant at looking after us in every respect including giving us a guided tour of all the animals on site which our girls loved.

Boasting a wide range of spa services, access to thermal baths and 3 gourmet dining options, the resort offers garden views from every room, a 3 hour-drive from Arequipa. Private parking is free. Just amazing facilities, including hot thermal baths and a very nice restaurant with a very rich menu. Also incredible view over the river and an alpaca farm. The staff was extremely kind and available to help. 10 out of 10

The room was spotless, spacious and very comfortable. The cleanliness of the room was comparable to some 5-star hotels we have stayed in, just without the bells and whistles. The portable heater worked well and kept us warm. The owners clearly take pride in what they do. They were always warm, polite, and welcoming, with a smile on their faces every time we saw them. The hotel restaurant was excellent, tasty meals at a good price. No need to eat anywhere else. It is also in a great location, only a few minutes' walk to the town centre. Would happily stay again. A solid 10 out of 10 from us!
