They are amazing - the villa is super nice and clean - we had access to a private beach - and we enjoyed our talks and discovering Raiatea through their suggestions and recommendations. They have two villas in the property - so it is quiet and reserved. Great comfort, their kitchen has everything you need. You can ask for suggestions on tours around the island and Tahaa. We loved our stay and we hope we are going to see them again in the near future. Thank you for the long chats discovering the polynesia culture. Raiatea will stay in our hearts!

La Maison Du Voyage is a recently renovated holiday home in Tevaitoa, where guests can makes the most of its pool with a view, open-air bath and garden. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Guests can use the hot tub and the spa facilities, or enjoy mountain views.

For guests with children, the holiday home provides kids pool and outdoor play equipment. Snorkelling, hiking and walking tours are possible within the area, and a water park is available on-site. We loved everything about our experience and stay with Isabella and Edward. They are wonderful hosts and their property is clean and in a fabulous location. You will need a car to travel to them. You should hire a car anyway to see the entire island, its gorgeous. We enjoyed conversing with the other guests during our stay and the breakfast of bread and fresh fruit was delightful. We highly recommend staying at La Maison Du Voyage and look forward to going back!

Raiatea Lodge Hotel offers air-conditioned rooms, each with a large terrace overlooking the lagoon. The bar and restaurant look out onto the swimming pool and serves Tahitian and international cuisine. A 10 out of 10 hotel. They knew it was our honeymoon and had several special touches ready for our arrival. The hotel has everything you need and the staff is incredibly attentive (special thanks to Elodie and Kohai). They also help you with any excursions you’d like to do. If we come back to Raiatea, we’ll definitely stay here again!

Fare Oviri Lodge is a recently renovated apartment in Opoa, where guests can make the most of its private beach area and garden. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace, darts, free private parking and free WiFi. The apartment features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. The rooms were excellent! The woodwork was amazing throughout the entire facility.

Set in Taputapuapea in the Raiatea region, Duplex en bord de mer Fare Tahitea Pension features a garden. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony, a pool table, free private parking and free WiFi. The accommodation was modern and spacious, with a lovely communal area perfect for relaxing. The location was fantastic — peaceful and well-situated, with the bonus of a small private beach. We really appreciated the use of the kayaks and bikes, as well as the convenient laundry service. Most of all, Tepairu was an incredibly friendly and welcoming host. We’d love to come back again. Thank you for a fantastic stay, Tepairu!

Pension Irivai appartement PUATOU 1 chambre bord de mer is situated in Uturoa and offers a garden and a bar. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The apartment has a hot tub, outdoor pool and picnic area, and guests can grab a bite to eat in the restaurant. The property was beautiful and clean and comfortable. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast for a fee which were amazing! We only stayed one night which was too short!

This beachfront property offers access to a balcony, darts, free private parking and free WiFi. There is a restaurant serving Belgian cuisine, and an outdoor dining area is available. The view from the property was amazing. The pool was beautiful and the team were so lovely! We definitely enjoyed our stay here and would come back again if we travel back to Raiatea! Thank you

Fare Hanuatai is located in Tevaitoa. The property features sea and garden views. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. The Fare is private, spacious, beautiful, and well appointed in a traditional architectural style. Surrounded by lush vegetation. It’s an inside-outside setup that truly connects you to nature and the environment (yes, bugs and all but with everything you need to protect yourself). One the highlight of the stay is the wonderful host, Manutea, who shares his passion for the island and his knowledge of Raiatea, and will truly make you feel at home. Like almost all properties in French Polynesia, it sits next to the water edge and next to the main (only) road but traffic is light. You need a car and the host Manutea provided one at a very competitive rate including airport pick-up and drop off at no extra cost. It is a wonderful place to relax, sit on the porch and enjoy a slower pace. Forget your phone, social media or TV. This is not the place for it. The new family member, Bali the cat, will provide you with all the entertaining you need.

Pension Les Trois Cascades is located in Uturoa and features a garden, barbecue facilities and a shared lounge. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a children's playground. Bruno was absolutely fantastic. Such a happy and welcoming host. He drove me to the shop as soon as I arrived since I had to buy some food before it closed. The excursion he organised of the lagoon is the best one I have done in French Polynesia. The bed is also the best I had slept in during my month-long trip. The kitchen is big, clean and has all necessary instruments for cooking.
