Both the common spaces and the apartment were super clean and neat, you could also find a lot of information from tourist attractions to bus schedules :) Our apartment was nicely styled, with all small details that fitted to each other. Everything was functional. Sometimes you stay somewhere and miss very small details that doesn't make yours tay 10/10. In here, all the small details were there, which made the stay amazing and very home-like. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming and also gives you tips on restaurants and places to see. The apartments are very centrally located - you step out of the building directly to cafes, shops etc. 5 mins walk to the bus station makes it also perfect place if you're going to explore other areas around Faro.

The ambience was amazing, with great style and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel right at home. The location is perfect safe and within walking distance of everything, which made exploring so convenient. What truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding service. I left my laptop in the room after checkout and only realized it at the airport. I was absolutely desperate, but the reception team went above and beyond. They arranged for a taxi to deliver my laptop to the airport, ensuring I wouldn’t miss my flight. Their care and understanding exceeded all my expectations! I’m forever grateful for their help and can’t recommend this hotel enough. Thank you so much!
