The room is bigger than other accommodations I have been in Sweden, and the interior design of the hotel is very stylish. The location is in the old town area, so it’s not close to the church but it’s just one stop from the station (take the free shuttle), and there are nice restaurants nearby. Breakfast is pretty good! Public sauna is clean and quiet.

Buffet and continental breakfast options are available at the lodge. We had an excellent stay. All the staff was super friendly. Tulla helped us get tickets to go to Narvik since the train wasn't working those days. Christoper was very kind to us as well. We were able to feed the reindeer 3 times and also made slide experience which we loved it . Good and fresh breakfast in an authentic ambiance, beautiful set for dinner close by . We also loved having a fireplace in our cabin and the restaurant. Also Chistopher came and set a bonfire outside the cabins so we can have a chat with other guests! We highly recommend this hotel !

A recently renovated campground located in Gällivare, Piilijärvi Camping features a shared lounge. Set on the beachfront, this property has a private beach area, a garden, barbecue facilities and free WiFi. The campground features family rooms and facilities for disabled guests. Nice familycamping with nice staff. Beautifully situated at a lake, very calm and close to nature.

Limited WiFi is available and parking is free of charge. Very, very nice location to see the northern lights, just next to the lake, good facilities, warm and clean well equipped, nice activities just out of your door, cozy sauna with lake view.
