Loved the mini bar with local wines that we could purchase.

The property features a children's playground and outdoor furniture. It was a very clean, beautiful place to stay. The lady running the place was most helpful. We walked down the hill to a restaurant that she had recommended. The food was great. Unfortunately we could not get a taxi back, so the land lady came and picked us up in her own car. She was fantastic.

The apartment features family rooms. the property was in a very quite and nice area, the building was recently renewed and the room was clean, cozy and comfortable. the shower was big. it was very easy to reach and there was parking place! The owner is an incredibly nice guy, who tries his best to make you comfortable and to be fun, keeping up the conversation with good jokes (also he speaks english quite well). with an extremly small extra you can get breakfast whenever he’s available in the morning! A quite awesome breakfast, extremely satisfying and tasty (i think that the extra he asked is less than the cost of the raw materials themselves!). Seriously, if visiting the area (like Trieste, its easily reachable by car!), this is the place where to sleep!

If you would like to discover the area, cycling and hiking are possible in the surroundings and GUESTHOUSE Idila pod Nanosom can arrange a bicycle rental service. Very nice environment, quiet and good for relaxing after all day trip or seaside adventure. Hosts were very friendly, looking all our wishes.

The owners, Helena and Walter, were welcoming and generous, recommended what to visit and where to eat, and told us interesting things about the area and its history. They organised a wine tasting for the guests paired with homemade charcuterie, which was fun, but most importantly, the wine was excellent. Highly recommend visiting!

The apartment was new, clean, had all the amenities. Comfortable bed&pillows. Pretty, modern decoration with nice touches. Great addition was the outside patio, fully equipped and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lastly, the breakfast was absolutely amazing: delicious granola, fruit, jam, selection of cured meats - all home made! PS. If you’re there from Thursday to Sunday, do try the Prix Fixe Menu at the restaurant by the same owner. ⭐️
