Staff were lovely albeit a bit curt with us when we followed up on our washing. We were advised by one staff that it was be available that same day. But when we chased up on it later that day, another staff said it was not possible and it would be available the next day (we were leaving the next day so of course concerned about our belongings). The breakfast buffet was good. Lots of options to pick from.

Jure (I'm not sure if I got the spelling right) was great help and gave us recommendations for the best restaurants and route to walk for sightseeing and Christmas markets. We loved those huge automatic wooden doors 😀

All the attractions are within walking distance except the castle ( obviously). There are multiple restaurants nearby. Grocery stores are also very close by. Rooms are big enough for two people. It’s neat and clean. Every amenity was provided in the room including an electric kettle. The staff is very responsive. Overall it was a very good experience.

I love staying on a high floor, we were on 11th floor. And they have a smart TV with netflix and youtube, so that was cool.

Chandeliers adorn the vaulted ceilings of the house. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Very nice staff, very comfy bed, very clean. Good location. Nice bistro.
