The staff are fantastic, from Zing, the young woman who helped us on our first night (we arrived much later than expected), to the housekeeping staff and the cafe staff. Everyone is friendly, kind, and very professional. We love the room -- it is clean, large, well appointed and very pleasant, with a view from the window and a view from the back balcony. Breakfast is excellent: a hot item of the guest's choice, as well as a lovely buffet of salad, fruit, bread with jam and butter, and a selection of hot drinks. Portions are generous, and everything is freshly prepared. Housekeeping is outstanding: When we have the room cleaned, we come back to a completely pristine room that feels fresh and delightful after a day of exploring. I'm so comfortable doing yoga on the floor, because it's completely clean. Great to have the refrigerator for food we buy outside, and I love getting new water bottles every day (though it would be even nicer to have a complimentary water dispenser so we could refill bottles and waste less plastic). I have rarely stayed in such a well-run, clean, hospitable and friendly place, and the lovely garden is a bonus.

I particularly liked the view of my 2nd floor balcony to the blooming trees outside. They also have a small but sufficient breakfast buffet. As the hotel is located in the residential area, it's great that they have their own restaurant for dinner. It's top-rated on google and we really liked it.

Guests can also relax in the garden. The house was adorable! It fit what our family needed. The pool, park area for the kids, and clothes washer was a bonus. We loved the BBQ that was provided for us. We felt safe in the gated community as there were other family members with kids. Thank you so much for providing wi-fi. Having Netflix was great to unwind for the evening. We appreciate the effort from the host in their communication skills and attentiveness to respond to all of our questions and needs.
