We arrived before the time that we should check-in. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. I like this hotel a lot. It's so luxury. The food are great. They have the surprised birthday cake too. Location close to the Mall which is perfect for me and the family. Gym and swimming pool are clean and safe. My family love it. I wish I can stay longer but we have to check-out early and of course we can't get refunds back. That's fine. Totally are great!

The staff are fantastic, from Zing, the young woman who helped us on our first night (we arrived much later than expected), to the housekeeping staff and the cafe staff. Everyone is friendly, kind, and very professional. We love the room -- it is clean, large, well appointed and very pleasant, with a view from the window and a view from the back balcony. Breakfast is excellent: a hot item of the guest's choice, as well as a lovely buffet of salad, fruit, bread with jam and butter, and a selection of hot drinks. Portions are generous, and everything is freshly prepared. Housekeeping is outstanding: When we have the room cleaned, we come back to a completely pristine room that feels fresh and delightful after a day of exploring. I'm so comfortable doing yoga on the floor, because it's completely clean. Great to have the refrigerator for food we buy outside, and I love getting new water bottles every day (though it would be even nicer to have a complimentary water dispenser so we could refill bottles and waste less plastic). I have rarely stayed in such a well-run, clean, hospitable and friendly place, and the lovely garden is a bonus.

Boasting a fitness centre and an on-site dining, Sunee Grand Hotel and Convention Center is situated in Ubon Ratchathani. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and always plentiful.
