They have a shuttle bus that runs in dedicated schedule, it’s very convenient and it takes 4 minutes from beach to the hotel. 6. Common areas as well as rooms are very nicely decorated and clean.

The staff was very friendly and professional. We had some water leaking in the original room but the staff response was very fast and they changed our room in minimal time. They also accomodated our every need for early check in, luggage care, spa access even before check in and after check out. Not to mention the spa treatments which are also amazing and very well priced. The food was also perfect, i would say it was one of the best restaurants in bodrum altogether.

Anything we needed/requested she went far beyond the call of duty. Thank you truly Ms. Basdemir for helping make this vacation exceptionally good. The hotel, staff, food, rooms were great. The pool was REMARKABLE!!!!!! Met people from all over the world. "Service with a smile" is an understatement. The Concorde Deluxe Resort was fantastic!! Highly recommend this resort.
