The hotel can assist guests with airport shuttle service on request. This was our second stay at the hotel and it exceeded our expectations. From the responsive communications before our arrival, to the well-appointed, clean rooms and all the friendly and helpful staff we came in contact with, the whole experience was unforgettable and we look forward to returning. We found the beds and pillows incredibly comfortable to sleep on. The location is a short commute from the more lively suburbs/CBD, which suited us as we preferred staying in a slightly quieter area.

Food is good, staff is very nice, they will help you with the direction to the place that you want to visit. They clean the room everyday. They even have a surprise gift for me on my birthday. The food was superb too, everyday I'm always looking forward to have a delicious breakfast in a stylish place. I love the building and the fabulous design of the lobby... Located in the Songshan Cultural & Creative Park, Eslite Hotel boasts a state-of-the-art fitness centre, spacious banquet halls and luxuriously furnished rooms. It takes only 10 minutes to walk to Sun-Yat-Sen Memorial Hall MRT Station. Eslite Hotel is a brilliant hotel. We enjoyed our stay so very much. The room has a higher than normal ceiling, the window is floor to ceiling, the bathroom / toilet are also perfectly designed. The lobby is a library with properly curated books with a wide variety of subjects. Staff are all very knowledgable, polite and helpful. It's a much more enjoyable hotel than normal 5 star chain hotels.

Summer who helped us was incredible!!! She told us where to go, helped us store our luggage early, set up a taxi for 8 to the airport. She was so so helpful! We also loved the location, right next to everything. Fantastic.

Location was slightly less than 10 minute walk to Taipei main station. Convenience stores, Watsons and eateries not far from hotel. Free snacks and drinks throughout the day in the lobby area. The exterior of the hotel is unimpressive, but I really like the rooms in spite of them not being huge. Overall I think it's God value for money
