Good location right off the highway and close enough to food, stores, etc. Was there a night before a cruise, and definitely was a better value to stay here about 25-30 minutes away from the port rather than staying in downtown New Orleans which would most likely require paid parking, no free breakfast, higher rate, etc. LaPlace had everything we needed for a 15-hour overnight stay.

Located in the Uptown/Garden District of New Orleans, only 3 blocks from St. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Maison Perrier in New Orleans. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The house is full of charm and character, beautifully decorated and impeccably maintained. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. The room was spotless, comfortable, and quiet — a true haven after a day exploring the city. Breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully prepared each morning. The location is ideal, in a lovely neighborhood with easy access to all the main attractions. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended! Liana and Pierre

I recently stayed at this property and it was hands down the cleanest home I’ve ever booked, better than many hotels I’ve stayed in. The place is exceptionally well-kept and in perfect shape. The neighborhood is peaceful with no intrusive neighbors, offering a great sense of privacy. Plus, right across the street is an outdoor activity center, perfect if you enjoy a run or being outdoors. Everything you need, from essentials to groceries, is within a quick 4-minute drive, so there's no need to venture far. I also had great communication with the person I booked with, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this spot for its cleanliness, location, and overall quality!
