It definitely exceeded our expectations. We stayed in a 2 bedroom one bathroom cottage and it had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, and the cottage had plenty of room for our family of 4. The beds were so comfortable and I had a good night sleep every night as did everyone else. Office staff were so kind and helpful. The whole experience with our stay was perfect from the second we arrived to our check out. We loved the property amenities and location. My kids especially loved the complimentary snacks in the office. Staying there we were minutes to downtown pacific grove, cannery row, 17 mile drive, Carmel, and right across the street from a wonderful mellow beach. We couldn’t have asked for more and would not hesitate to recommended this place to anyone. We can’t wait to return.

Comfy beds!!! Very nice welcoming staff and a great location in Carmel. They had fresh citrus water at the check in and the fire places in the rooms are so cozy. Really the comfiest bed we slept in on this trip :)

Perfect location with a view to the sea and to Santa Cruz on the horizon. Very clean interior, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and amenities. We really enjoy mornings sitting on the patio/deck with our coffee, listening and watching the window into nature's beauty.

The downstairs was particularly apt for our family gathering on Friday night, when we were able to move around with great ease, prepare dinner, listen to music, have small conversations, jump in the hot tub (so appreciated!), and slip off in the side tv room for short yoga sessions. We appreciated the additional chairs stored in a front closet, which made it possible for all of us to gather for our meal. Ours was a multi-generational gathering, so we appreciated every one of the several amenities provided.

Royal Villa - Ocean View - Heated Pools - SEASCAPE'S BEST 1 BEDROOM - 3 BEDS - End Unit is a recently renovated apartment in Aptos, where guests can makes the most of its outdoor swimming pool, private beach area and spa and wellness centre. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a lift and full-day security, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The property offers a children's playground, parking on-site and an electric vehicle charging station. Super Clean unit, had all you needed, great beds, lots of good pillows & blankets, dish washer, big fluffy towels, windows all along north side, great views from balcony, games, puzzles, chairs, light and speaker to use. Like I said is has it all!!

The view and sound of the ocean was amazing. Great space for my and my brother's family to get together and make memories.
