Central House is exceptionally well placed in Bar Harbour with great access to all amenities and a great breakfast is available just one block away. The rooms are old-fashioned but exceptionally well presented and clean with all modern amenities. The porch gives the property amazing curb-side appeal. Would recommend without hesitation.

I especially loved the outdoor common areas, which were beautifully set up and included a firepit that created a truly magical atmosphere for gathering with other guests. The location was also excellent, just a short drive from Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park, which made the whole experience even more special.

The house has everything you need from towels to crockery and is well appointed. It was great to have our own space while exploring the area. Arrival information was very handy and explained everything.
