Staff so helpful...booked us some amazing trips and also found us a way of getting by bus to our next location....we would never have managed without them! May not be cheapest in area but its a proper local enterprise that trains up and provides employment for local people...they truly believe in giving back to their community. The food is incredible...every night a banquet of different dishes eaten with staff and other guests. Honestly the best food we've had in Vietnam. Rooms are rustic but spacious and comfortable. All in all an experience not to miss if you want to experience vietnamese culture and hospitality at its best
