An old building that was wonderfully restored with old touches and modern conveniences. A professional, friendly, and helpful staff. Great breakfast and easy parking. We found our first room kind of dark, only window in the door. But we were able to upgrade at an additional expense to a very nice room and we were very happy. The most comfortable bed we've ever had in Europe.

It was just ABSOLUTELY beautiful! Definitely takes you back in time! While still having modern amenities! Our trip was in august. So the A/C definitely came in handy. Wake up feeling extremely fresh! The bathroom was just gigantic. And the water pressure was just perfect and was extremely hot (if you wanted it to be) which was perfect for me. The onsite car parking was so helpful. But wouldn’t expect less from such a big place!

This place was so charming and the staff were truly lovely. The view of the courtyard was nice, although I was a bit jealous to see the other side got a view of the vineyards. The view at breakfast was unbelievable, and the energy of the place was so quaint and lovely!

Such a beautiful place among the wineyards and olive trees! Very nice, polite and customer oriented owner (Daniele), casual and calm atmosphere. Few kilometers away from Vinci. Nice pool to refresh, beautiful panorama and cicada sounds around you. You can by an inhouse produced wine and olive oil here as well.

Everything, the great renovated building. The quality of every element used in this renovation. The landscape around. The rural feeling that embraces you. After one day in the fabulous and busy city of Firenze, this place is just the perfect quietness and peace that one needs . We would love to repeat again! We miss you already Toscana/Italy :)

Wery kind and nice owner! The nature around is wonderful - river, garden, mountains!!! The house is like home - super clean and cool. Breakfast wonderful- homemade croissants!!! My family is very happy staying here! I'm sure we will be back soon. The owner has his own olive farm, so you can enjoy natural and very tasty olive oil! 🫒 Keep in mind that way to Florence will take approximately 45 min with autobahn - easy and comfortable.

The property is stunning. T exceeded our expectations from the signage to find he place, a warm welcomed greeting, lovely accommodations, farm animals, pool, outdoor grill and patio along with a clay tennis court that was pristine. wish had the proper shoes and a racquet but were traveling on bikes.
