It is a nice place away from the city but surrounded by places of interest within 30 to 60 min drive. It felt like an off-grid retreat where one could enjoy peace and bird singing when waking up. The hosts are wonderful and very friendly. We were there off-season and so we were the only guests and it felt like a private hotel where we were the only one getting breakfasts in a nice gallery-like place. The property has around 5 cats who are very friendly and made the stay even more comfortable. Maurizio was very friendly and gave us a wonderful tip on the places worth visiting such as Civita.

An exceptionall place in the middle of nature, very quiet, true relaxation. Everything was very nice, we regretted our short one day staying but, next time we'll have definitely longer booking 😀. A really nice location, with a good mix of modern design into a traditional building and landscape. The lovely staff makes you feel at home, everyone is friendly and relaxed and made us feel at ease.
