Very clean and wonderful hosts. Two dogs onsite were fantastic.

All rooms include a flat-screen TV with streaming services. We drove the ring road and stayed here for one night. It was our favourite small cottage on a farm we stayed at during our whole trip. You can’t beat the view. The host was friendly and greeted us when we arrived. My daughters LOVED the dogs. They were really good and wouldn’t have come to people who don’t prefer dogs, but we love them and they really enjoyed the belly rubs! The location was the perfect distance from Reykjavik for our first stop after hitting the road. Hope to be back one day!

The geothermal water heated hot tub by the waterfall is a must, with gorgeous mountain views all around if you’re lucky enough with the weather. The rooms overlook the valley and mountains, and we had horses right in front of us until it was time to feed them, which we got a chance to do.
