A private entrance leads guests into the farm stay, where they can enjoy some fruits and chocolates or cookies. This farm stay is non-smoking and soundproof. Le Grotte were our first stop at this vacation. About an hour driving from the FCO airport. The place in reality is much more beatifull than in the pictures, a rustic country house, well furnished and well equipped, very clean, with a huge green well kept garden. Peacefull and quite place, the owner at the place had helped us whenever needed, and Barbara was very comunicative and answered any of our questions at any time. The lake shore is within a few minutes of walking and the old city Nemi is within 10 minutes driving from there (a must go!!!). On our way to Rome (in which is about an hour driving) we had even found some flea market which we had enjoyed a lot. If you are there visiting Nemi, go to the "le colombe" restaurant and send our best reguards to Alberto, wonderfull food and great hosting and atmosphere. LE grotte is nothing but a small piece of heaven on earth, surely we will be back there! Great place to stay, my suggestion - take at least 2 nights there, as it is impossible not to fall in love with it (we have had 3 and i wish we had taken more, now that i know this place)

The property was built in 2014 and features air-conditioned accommodation with a patio. The farm stay has family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. We dreamed of ending our holiday with a pool, wine and Italian idyll. And we got it! What a lovely place though. We are sorry that we did not have more nights. The breakfast was wonderful, with a view over the vineyards. Before arrival, we were offered a wine tasting the following evening. Where we were allowed to taste the vineyard's own wine and get some food, with produce from the agriculture around the vineyard. The most wonderful experience. Azzurra was SO sweet. We got the nicest welcome. She sent us a long list of places to drive to for dinner the first night. Could easily come back

Easy access, parking place, clean rooms and very good communication with the staff. You can find also good quality wine at a fair price. I would definitely recommend for a stay in Frascati.

It was very clean , you had everything you need in the room , silent rooms , Air Conditioner working great even 37C were outside. The most appreciated was also the staff from reception which helped us in arranging transports and big High 5 to Diego one of the guy which helped us when we went in Frascati ( city nearby) and couldn’t find any taxi to come back to Villa Cavaletti.

It's worth it to stay on the outskirts of Rome to stay on such an amazing property!

It is set 22 km from Anagnina Metro Station and features luggage storage space. Guests can make use of the children's playground or the picnic area, or enjoy views of the garden and quiet street. The restaurant at the location was delicious. Can't complain. We were only there for the night.
