We liked the care showed by The Barns, they cooked for us even if it was 22.30 when we arrived.
Really lovely little place - staff are super friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Pool is small but just what you need to escape from the heat and rooms are really lovely too (if not a little rustic - but this is part of the charm!).
Lovely property, quiet rural location, really clean and great food. Hosts really helpful
Staff was very helpfull. Manager was good and very kind person. Their service was excellent but nearby hotel there is one poultry farm . U can't even take bath and breathe over there. There was too much bad smell in hotel room and even in pool water. Need to work over this problem
The host Mr. Ranjith Perera is very welcoming and accommodative. The rooms were clean and good. The beds were comfy. The place had beautif vibes. Kids enjoyed exploring the rustic look of the property and surrounds. Pick up and drop off was arranged. Communication is quick and excellent with clear instructions. Will be very happy to stay again and again. Keep up the good work, Mr. Perera.
Amazing view and very rustic. The staff are driendly And the grilled jumbo prawns are worth a visit.
Suraj and family were exceptionally warm, generous and welcoming. My room was comfortable, peaceful and the food was excellent. The Branch offers superb value for money and as the stunning beach with easy access to Jetwing Blue's fancy pool and facilities just over the road, i thoroughly recommend it and will stay there again, should i be fortunate to visit Negombo again. Thank you Suraj
This property was very beautiful. A brick building that felt very safe and secure. It has all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. It was in a very rural setting and although we didn’t stay long enough to explore the area, I would suggest that a tuktuk would be needed to reach the local town/shops/facilities. The staff were so lovely and welcoming and provided everything we needed (water, breakfast, coffee) without hesitation.
