We loved the lodge and its beautiful view of the lake. The staff were friendly and engaging though gave you your space. The room was very well laid out and rustic just like we like! We were happy with our meals.... Good job!

I like the quiet and serene environment, the fresh breeze, the rustic interior feel of the rooms and paramount customer service. Manager Hellen was very warm and welcoming.

The service was the best aspect. They really make you feel like you're at home and every single request of yours is catered to. Big franchise hotels do not pay this much attention to detail. I was very impressed. Super clean as well. Ivan, Joana, Betty, Samuel, Martin, Ronald, Fiona, and Kashyup were the employees who helped us and were EXCELLENT. I would return just for them.
