This is such a beautiful hostel in the heart of Cairns! Perfect location, just behind the main shopping mall, the pool and outdoor shower are a TREAT, and everything is spotless! I had such a comfortable stay here at Traveller's Oasis and will be coming back!

Reception staff were superb. in particular Molly who went to great trouble to move us to a quieter location. Being in our 70/80s the original cabin next to the children play area was a little noisy - to say the least. Molly moved us to. rainforest cabin which was a delight and very quiet.

    Great location close to everything! The receptionists were all very friendly and very helpful. The environment is very cozy and throughout the stay was so comfortable and relaxing. I would like to give extra credits to the receptionists that helped to get back the toys my two year old son threw over the balcony to the property below us! We appreciated their help so much and we highly recommend them if you want to look for 5 stars accommodation in Cairns! 😊😊😊

    We are locals and come here often, the facilities and staff are always amazing. This time, they went above and beyond when I was unwell to ensure I was comfortable. Adriana at the front desk especially lovely. The only thing that could have been better was if the pool wasn’t so warm. apart from that, 5 stars as always!
