I got a free room upgrade, I guess. Then, I got stuck in a disabled elevator on my way to the restaurant. It seems that not many disabled people use that elevator. However, the staff handled the situation professionally and managed to get it working again. As a gesture of goodwill, they offered me a complimentary fruit plate. For me, it was quite amusing, although I can imagine it wasn't as enjoyable for the staff.

Especially would like to rate high the worker of reception desk- Vesselin , he did precious act , checking me at 5a.m when I was so tired from the 30 H trip . I am very appreciated for him doing that for me !!! Generally, I think that it’s the best hotel in all Sofia !!!
