Nowadays it's not unusual to find 5 star rated hotels wherever you choose to travel to, but often times you leave some of these premises feeling confused about the rating, as they feel as though they shouldn't get more than 3 starts, because they fall short in one thing or another, service is one of them. Thats definitely not the case with this boutique hotel though - I was looking for a boutique one where I could relax and celebrate a special occasion, but far from croweded spaces and loud uncaring guests, and at a hotel where I felt trully at a luxuary home, in its utilities, facilities and specially service. That's what I got at this little jewel in Campos do Jordão. Fernando and Gianluca made sure my stay was utterly enjoyable, always going the extra mile to make sure we had all we needed. The space was spotless, the amenities brand new and well kept, the breakfast delightful and fresh. The sauna and Jacuzzi are definitely a must, they will make sure it's ready for you whenever you choose to try them out. There are bikes if you fancy cycling whilst sightseeing as well. The difference here is definitely on the details, and on that note this hotel definelty got a high mark from me. HIGHLY recommend.

Botanique is a one of a kind experience. The incredible design and ambience of this place is unlike any luxury hotel we have stayed in before. Particular highlights were the spa, and the food - breakfast, lunch and dinner menus are all locally sourced and designed to be a nod to Brazilian cuisine. The tasting menu at Cellar was top notch, creative and better than a lot of haute cuisine for the same price in London. Cocktails are just as excellent. The staff are warm, professional and remember personal touches about your needs. It is clear that the new management is building something very special. Worth every penny!

Welcoming, charming, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure we made the most of our time there—they set the bar incredibly high. Daniela, in particular, went above and beyond by meticulously walking us through all the must-visit spots and hidden gems. Her recommendations truly enriched our experience. After we had spent a delightful evening exploring the town center, we returned to the warmest welcome. Daniela invited us into their kitchen and offered us some wonderful tea and delicious homemade cakes that were simply unforgettable. This thoughtful gesture made us feel like cherished guests rather than just visitors. The accommodations were outstanding. The room and bathroom were spacious and immaculately clean. The bed was extraordinarily comfortable, ensuring restful nights. And those views—absolutely breathtaking! The walk to the main part of town was pleasant and manageable, adding to the convenience. Plus, the hosts provided an exceptional complimentary drop-off and pick-up service to and from the town center. Breakfast was another highlight. With a wide variety of choices, every item was fresh and delicious. We especially loved the sweetest and juiciest mangoes that were part of the spread. The level of service throughout our stay was impeccable; every detail was thoughtfully considered to make our stay memorable.
