The hotel is absolutely stunning. I was greeted with an amazing warmth by the lovely receptionist (although I looked absolutely terrible when I popped in first, long flight etc). The architecture of the hotel and the rooms is just incredible and very peculiar. The breakfast buffet had so many great choices and everything was tasty! The bed was incredibly comfortable and (I know it sounds odd, sorry) the soaps smelled sooo good! Swimming pool was lovely, especially because of the city view. And finally brilliant idea having the lights automated and controlled via the website.

Staff were friendly and helpful. My lack of Portuguese wasn't a problem. Some staff spoke English. The complimentary breakfasts were wonderful! The one evening meal I had in the bar/restaurant was delicious!

Great and beautiful Hotel !!! Staff wonderful ! Rooms are big and very very comfortable. The best hotel I did in Brazil. The food from the restaurant is very good. It's was very relaxing.

Honestly, there was nothing positive to report. The first receptionist was slow and seemed unfamiliar with reservations made through Booking.com, which delayed our access to the room significantly. The other receptionists we met were nice.
