hotel is good .definitely needs renovation to be classified as a 5 stars furniture ,Mouquet in room looks old specially lobby furniture staff is very good but 99% don't speak English only Portuguese and Spanish .very difficult to find some one speak English or even French or Italian or German .they have their phone in hand and use google translate for every answer or question I think Marriott and Sheraton should learn them the basics but the hotel in general is ok

Horrible experience! Imagine checking into your five star hotel to find the bathroom inoperable and plumbers taking 3 hours to fix! And the icing on the cake, no apology at all, the opposite! the staff treats you like they are doing you a favor! Escalated my concerns in a written email to the regional manager (Caroline Perez) of course no reply or acknowledgment.

The personnel was very friendly and helpful (from the housekeeping, front desk, concierge, waiters etc). You deserve your 5 stars for this level of Service. The room was super comfortable (I have taken a pic of the pillow to get the brand), with a nice view. The breakfast was excellent with a large choice of fresh products. All this 2 minutes away from Paulista Avenue
