The staff was excellent and went over and beyond to ensure we had the most comfortable stay possible. Jack Zhi and Ricky the bellman were exceptional. I can't say anything other than we've traveled to all major centres like Paris, Rome, Sydney - who would have guessed that a hotel in Inner Mongolia would out-perform all the others. INCREDIBLE!!
