The dedicated staff and their service. They all were very polite and helpful. They make you feel valued as customer! The hotel accepts pets and appreciates you are paying for their stay. Our two little dogs got a sleeping bed each one and a toy to play. It’s the first time I see such nice service for pets. We could bring them with us everywhere, they never complained about them and trust you will take care if they mess something. The hotel is in great shape. It’s modern, clean and well maintained. Nice pool (though it can get crowded) and spa facilities.

The room: At my arrival there was a really large amount of crawling insects. The location was quite far for us (2 female adults) as we were just traveling and no staying for long.
