Everything in the hotel is brand new and shining. Beach is super clean and nice. Peaceful, quiet place, nice tennis courts, great cocktails. Feels like the best place in Egypt! The food in all restaurants was delicious, offering a big variety of dishes for every taste.
Room was spacious and super clean, everyday with a sweet decoration..
Facilities were great - pool area, also for kids and the beach everything we needed.
It was the perfect place for relaxed vacation.

The hotel has many facilities and potentials , we enjoyed our time there .the food variety and quality was excellent, pools were well maintained. Beach setting was nice although swimming is not enjoyable at the sea due to corals however snorkling is better in this case. I would like to thanks Mohamed (club cart) and Chefs Sedat , Osman , Nacati and Abdullah for the great hospitality and delicious food and desserts . Also to Sameh the night shift manager .

Fantastic experience. Incredibly beautiful, relaxing, clean and very neat facilities. Super and exceptional staff. Service never experienced before in Egypt, possibly in South East Asia but never in Egypt. They are in a different league. Thank you Gillian, and from restaurant, Amr, Mohamed, Mahmoud.. in all fairness..they were all super. Highly highly recommended, thank you guys for a fantastic luxurious and beautiful stay
