- The staff were super friendly. They go above and beyond. No matter what we asked them for they would definitely try to make it happen. From drinks to food. - Location was great and offers so many activities. We were also lucky with the weather and we could enjoy staying at the beach or the pool.

This hotel is simply outstanding. The staff members are incredibly helpful, and their motto seems to be solely focused on ensuring your satisfaction. They respond to every request with a cheerful "Of course!" The hotel grounds are very spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The pool is beautiful and impressive. The à la carte restaurants are exceptional, and the buffet is delicious—my fiancé and I had such a hard time deciding where to eat because everything was so good. The hotel management goes above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. Additionally, the evening events were a lot of fun! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Just open for 7 days we are very lucky to enjoy the brand new hotel! Everything is perfect! Room is big and comfortable. Swimming pool is so nice! Especially the juice and food are so delicious! I couldn’t think you enough for everything you did .The people are so professional and nice .Doing their best to make each guest happy.They are really taking care of every single detail .They even upgrade my room to another one pool and sea view …just when they know it is my first time to visit them and I am alone in my trip. Also,they have prepared a very nice table decorated with flowers when I was taking my dinner at beach restaurant without even asking for it .it was a vey nice gesture from them ❤️♥️❤️

We only stayed one day at Jaz Maraya after 10 days in the south and Luxor but it was so blissful. The hotel is stunning, be it the location and views, the interior design and the fantastic friendly staff. The food was miles above everything we had before with an outstanding selection of dishes to suit all tastes. Last, but not least, the reef on the nearby bay is spectacular. Only wish we had more time and flatter seas to appreciate it to its best. PS : it s only a 5min drive from the airport, so you re on holidays quicker than anywhere else

    Honestly, it was unforgettable stay! The service was outstanding from all staff (big thanks to Mr. Salah, Mr. Hany, Mr. Wahid, Mr. Moemen & all marina staff), the resort offering a wide variety of delicious foid options with staff always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms are decent and comfortable, giving you a bunch of relaxation vibes. You have everything you may need innur vacation at one place. Finally, it was a memorable experience, craving to come again and we highly recommend this resort.

    The people there are very descent and the staff are humble and nice. The reception members were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and and the housekeeping staff was super. The weather is perfect and the beach is very good. The food was yummy and the resturant has a very nice vipes. Perfect place to enjoy your holiday. Thank you all 🩵

    Our stay started with an excellent reception, at reception, given by Abdulfattah, our room was spacious and the beds comfortable. It would have been nice to have the very open space in the room filled with a few chairs or a table as it was quite odd to have such a spacious room with so little in it. That said the beds were VERY comfortable, Mahmoud the room guy kept it spotless and we were very comfortable. Food was superb, drinks good and location exceptional. We will be back.
